THE REASON GREAT PEOPLE SLEEP LATE

great people don't sleep late, rather they sleep early and wakeup earlier.

 When you rest the brain to much, it makes it become dumb. It's very important you stretch the brain's ability on a regular bases. Studies have shown that the only man that have used his brain to the highest per have only used 5% of it. So that brain still have more to offer.


2. Reasoning: Have you being touched by anything that made you wakeup at the middle of the night to think? If yes; That's what am talking about. 

You want to be great in life? Learn to wakeup earlier to reason things and plan ahead. It is only at the early hour of the day you can reason faster than any other time of the day.


3. Getting Ready: If you wakeup late, truly you'll end up not beating holdup; for those living at the RUSSIAN states of Nigeria. But waking up early on the other hand, gives you an edge on everything you'll be doing through out that day, cause the brain have being warmed up enough and ready to execute the task for that day.

4. To Drink Water: Surprised? Yes! You can wake early just to take water also, by so doing; you are supplying the brain with enough oil to function with for that day. Don't underestimate the power of taking water in the morning.


5. Re-Adjust Plans: Gbam! You have a long term plan you've being working on? or you want to set-up a working plan for your brand or business? Waking up early can help you get a clear and cloudless plans with ease. 


6. Make Transactions: This will shock you; in my early building of my brand, i'll set on my chair till 2am and guess what? Clients will still message you at that time and make payment for their services. Why? You and i know the reason; Nigeria network is swift at the early hours of the day.



HOW TO WAKEUP EARLY 

In life you have to draw a line to accomplish a goal. I'll say all you need is discipline.


1. EAT LIGHT FOOD: Before bed, try to eat light food, this will ease your body system to quicken you. If you must eat solid food, then eat it early to ease the process and take more water.

2. DISCIPLINE: Set your alarm if need be to wake you up regularly. Do this for 21days and you'll find it awesome.
